Trader Joe’s mild racism
Trader Joe’s has like 14 different “brands” and styles of pizza but only one pepperoni so I’m just reviewing that. Also, the marketing person that thought making racially charged sub-brands was a good idea was also probably a Trump voter. Just tossing that out there. Anyway, this pizza is the epitome of everything I’ve grown to expect from Trader Joe’s: Good, to a point, but there are better versions of the same thing out there because the other brands are willing to trade flavor for less healthy ingredients. Simple as that. If you want a more well rounded pizza, I guess this is a good option? Maybe? I’m not watching every step of the production for all of these pizzas, so I’m not really one to judge.
Pros:
Good reason to go to Trader Joe’s and buy the one thing they make that is better than anything else in the world: their hot fudge sauce.
Cons:
Sauce is way too sour. Like, wayyyyy too sour. (-2 points)
Crust is a good size and shape but much too flakey and dry. (-1 point)
Not enough cheese. (-1 point)
