Sonoma Flatbread, another crown winner

Were you expecting a perfect ten? I wish that was the case, but alas. Many times throughout this adventure, I have crowned different pizzas as being the most tolerable diet pizza. But now that I am (in real time) done eating gluten free pizzas, I can proudly proclaim this one as the undisputed champion of them all. Is it perfect? No. Is it the best gluten free pizza you’re going to find in this hellscape? Absolutely. The flavor is nearly identical to a Tony’s pizza, which I heavily favored earlier, but this crust is a little thinner (in its favor) but a little chewier (not in its favor). Good job, bread that is flat.

Pros:

  • A gluten free pizza I would suggest to someone that I don’t hate.

Cons:

  • Crust is a little chewier than I’d like, a common theme in gluten free pizzas. (-1 point)

  • Probably could’ve used a little more cheese/toppings, but it’s not a dealbreaker. (-1 point)
