SO YOU’D THINK THEY WOULD DO IT WELL. I guess it looks like they also make smaller pizzas with some toppings, sometimes. Not like I can really verify. Obligatory Planned Parenthood link, because I don’t have a Costco membership. This was, at least, one of the better diet pizzas I’ve eaten (because it’s gluten free) but it looks SO MUCH like a piece of drywall with spray on insulation. The cheese and sauce are definitely the weakest part of this, and can be fixed easily enough. Not sure why they don’t just …do it. I think this was also the first gluten free crust I actually enjoyed. It definitely had a off-taste to it, but it’s the closest to normal I’ve had. It was also very crisp.

Pros:

• Good for gluten free people.

Cons:

• Not any variety of toppings. (-1 point)

• Not NEARLY enough cheese. (-2 points)

• The crust has a weird but tolerable flavor. (-1 point)
